Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
If a purchase does not meet your need or if it is defective we may offer you a refund, a warranty exchange or a store credit.
You have 14 days to return your item(s). Merchandise must be returned in as-new condition with original packaging, original tags and receipt of payment.
We do not accept returns on special orders.
We cannot accept returns on swimwear or wetsuits.
We do not accept returns on cycling shoes if cleats have been mounted and worn outside the store.
All apparel must be unwashed and unworn and all hangtags attached.
We take great care in ensuring that all bike purchases provide you with a bike meeting your style, sizing and fit preferences. All bike sales are final once the bike leaves the store.
Labor fees are not refundable.
